We hosted our first Thanksgiving as a family of three (four, counting Hoober), and the house was full — Miranda, Dola, Amani, Jasmine, Papa, Nana, and Francine all came through to celebrate with us. It was a wonderfully busy Thursday, and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way.
