Summer is Coming to an End

The phrase “time is flying by” has never felt more true. Summer’s basically over, and our angel just turned 14 months old! 🍂

We hit up the Farmer’s Market and Emily Oaks Nature Center this week. Ava was all about the Farmer’s Market—cruising around in her pink car, snacking on croissants on our picnic blanket, checking out the drummer and soaking up the scenery like a regular.

I couldn’t help but get a little nostalgic at the nature center—I used to fish there as a kid. Now it was Ava’s turn to explore, hugging the big trees, sitting on the boardwalk and pushing her little walker down the trail. Not a bad way to say goodbye to summer. ☀️
