We dressed the girls in green and staked out a curbside spot for the St. Patrick’s Day parade. Ava and Harlow waved an Irish flag, danced in the street, and scrambled to catch every strand of beads tossed their way. By the end they were draped in green necklaces and grinning ear to ear.
