We laced up for a hike through Solstice Canyon in Malibu under dramatic grey skies. Christine and I took turns carrying Harlow in the pack, while Ava marched the trail with her own hiking stick. We stopped for a couple selfie at the overlook and let the girls scramble over stumps and logs.
