We brought in 2013 as a family. We tried to start a stone crab tradition, but had to put that on hold, the place we ordered from canceled our order without even telling us. There’s always next year! We also took Ava to the aquarium, and she was completely mesmerized by the aquatic life, staring into tanks that were literally larger than life to her. Dave and I want to give Ava a special shout-out too: she was an absolute angel, not a single fuss or cry the whole time. We’re hoping to make Sundays our regular family outing day, there’s so much for her to see and learn in this world, and we can’t wait for our next adventure.
