Christine and I had an incredible time in Roatan while the kids headed off to Cancun with Lundy. From the moment we arrived, the island’s laid-back energy and stunning blue water made it easy to relax. We spent our days fishing, snorkeling through vibrant reefs, and simply enjoying the slower pace that island life brings. Every outing felt like an adventure, whether we were out on the water or discovering new spots to explore.
The dining was equally memorable, with fresh seafood and beautiful ocean views making every meal feel special. It was the perfect mix of activity and relaxation. Our stay at the Kimpton added to the experience — comfortable, welcoming, and exactly the kind of place you look forward to returning to after a full day in the sun. Roatan was one of those trips that leaves you refreshed, grateful, and already thinking about the next visit.
