Ice Skating Good Times

We took the girls ice skating and they took to it like champs. With the help of the little red skate aids, Ava and Harlow wobbled and glided their way across the rink, arms up in triumph after each lap. There were a few tumbles, plenty of giggles, and two very proud skaters by the end.

We spent a fun summer Sunday at the Memorial City ice rink, the perfect way to beat the Houston heat. Harlow pushed her number 9 skate helper around with the biggest smile, and Ava was soon skating on her own with her arms out like a pro. Christine and I took turns helping out, and everyone left the ice with rosy cheeks and big smiles.

Good times on the ice! We will definitely be back.
