Father’s Day 2014 (#2 for Dave)

Ava loves me every bit as much as I love her. Both of our faces light up when we see each other in the morning and when I get home from work. I try to rush home to see her and spend every bit of my free time with her. She really is my whole world.

We celebrated Father’s Day with breakfast at Sarkis, then a stroll through the zoo: a ride on the giraffe-print train, a face-to-face moment with the gorilla, a pet of the big stuffed tiger in the gift shop and a carousel ride on a cheetah with Mommy. I even got to enjoy a movie solo afterward. Next year there will be another daughter for me to goo goo over.
