Bayou Wildlife Zoo let the girls get up close with all kinds of animals. Ava and Harlow rode a gentle donkey, hand-fed the deer that wandered right up to them, and offered a bucket to a curious llama. Christine and I loved watching their fearless delight as the animals ate straight from their little hands.
