4th Of July Travel Fun Whitefish, Glacier National Park and NYC For Brazil vs Norway!

Some trips are planned. Others turn into adventures you never see coming. 🏔️🗽⚽ We started with an amazing family getaway to Whitefish, Montana, and Glacier National Park. Then, on a whim, we hopped on a plane to New York City for an unforgettable finale: Fourth of July fireworks, incredible Korean food, and the FIFA World Cup as Brazil took on Norway at MetLife Stadium.

Whitefish and the Treetop Ropes Course

We kicked things off in Whitefish with big Montana skies, wildflowers and a stop at the lookout. Then the girls took on the treetop ropes course, climbing ladders, crossing wobbly bridges and zip lining through the pines like total pros.

Whitefish Lake and the Mountain

We rode the chairlift up Whitefish Mountain for huge views over the lake and the valley, with plenty of family selfies along the way. Back down at Whitefish Lake, it was dock time, splashing and soaking up the sun.

Glacier National Park and Lake McDonald

Next up: Glacier National Park! Our first stop was Lake McDonald, where the water was so calm and clear it reflected the mountains like a mirror. One of the most beautiful places we have ever been.

Hiking Glacier

We hit the trails through old-growth forest and along rushing streams, all the way up to a turquoise glacier lake surrounded by snow-capped peaks. Every turn was another jaw-dropping view.

Logan Pass and Campfire Nights

Up on the Going-to-the-Sun Road we spotted a mountain goat right next to the trail! 🐐 We wrapped up our Montana days around the campfire, roasting marshmallows and soaking in the last of the mountain air.

Fourth of July in New York City

Then it was off to New York City! We watched the Fourth of July fireworks light up the sky, feasted on Korean BBQ, grabbed some classic New York pizza and explored the city, rain or shine. 🎆🍕

Brazil vs Norway at the World Cup

The grand finale: the FIFA World Cup at MetLife Stadium! ⚽ Decked out in Brazil yellow and green, we soaked up the electric atmosphere as Brazil took on Norway. The crowd, the colors, the noise. What an experience to share with the girls.

From the Rocky Mountains to the bright lights of Manhattan, it was a trip filled with laughter, family, great food, unforgettable moments, and memories we’ll cherish for years to come. ❤️
